Hi Donna I think you have done a great job. I like the way you have phrased the overall results in the summary and also like your explicit statement that this approach could be used as a template for future reviews. I agree with your additional recommendation which flows well from the one about the skills matrix. There is a mix of ‘ERT’ and ‘RT’ through the document, mostly RT. If a final check to make them all the same, and one final spell check is done then I am happy with the report. Cheers Debbie

Sorry for the delay—these things always take longer than you hope.
I felt that the report was overly long, so I’m suggesting that we delete a lot of the background stuff related to the CSC Charter Review. We note that this was a reference document for our work and that it formed a baseline, so I don’t think we need to go too much into chapter and verse on that, but I appreciate that others may have different opinions.
I’ve added one more recommendation: that an induction program be developed for new members and liaisons.

Phillipe, All The nine meetings requirement can be found in the charter (https://www.icann.org/en/system/files/files/csc-charter-amended-27jun18-en.p... <https://www.icann.org/en/system/files/files/csc-charter-amended-27jun18-en.p...>) , in the section terms: CSC appointees must attend a minimum of nine meetings in a one – year period, and must not be absent for more than two consecutive meetings. Failure to meet this requirement may result in the Chair of the CSC requesting a replacement from the respective organisation.
Updated Timeline Publish Initial reprot for public comment: 14 January Closure public comment: 24 February Prep Final Report + staff summary week 25-1 March Submit final report: 4 March
