Dear all,
this is a brief note with a kind request for your consideration.
Following a successful ICANN panel during this year’s CPDP, where we
presented the challenges to multistakeholder policy making resulting from
the implementation of the GDPR (
https://www.cpdpconferences.org/cpdp-panels/ensuring-domain-name-data-is-sa…)
set up together with the local ICANN GSE team, I was approached by the
organizers of the TILTing conference, scheduled for May this year in
Tilburg (
https://www.tilburguniversity.edu/research/institutes-and-research-groups/t…)
As per their e-mail, they would love to feature an ICANN At-Large related
theme in their agenda, yet since the invitation comes late, they cannot
subsidize travel and accommodation. With that in mind, following their
request I am reaching out the EURALO O&E WG with a kind request for
considering an additional CROP funding request. The funding would cover my
travel to and accommodation in Tilburg to present during the TILTing
conference on ICANN multistakeholder policy making and the role of users.
Please let me note that the event is relatively prestigious in the local
policy and academic bubble and presenting our ICANN agenda there might
benefit the overall O&E agenda. The total estimated cost of travel and
accommodation should not exceed 550 EURO.
Thank you for your consideration, I’m happy to answer any questions that
you might have.

Hi all,
Olivier, Matthuas, thank you.
Now i see our banner and absolutely agree - there is no serious reason for
redesign (Matthias, you are right, if to change it, need to change all).
2 banners for order (perhaps) is enough number?
Best regards,
Natalia

Dear all,
Perfect - then let’s go for three banners and all of them in English?
Best,

Hello all,
we have 2 full size banners at present. As we apparently still have plenty of budget left, having 3 small banners made will not make a significant dent in the budget.
Kindest regards,
Olivier

Yes, thats a good idea Olivier -otherwise it will take too long and we will not have them in time.
Two or three, depends on the budget and how much banners we already have, I would suggest!
Have a nice day!

Dear all,
Honestly, I am personally not a fan of redesigning it because the design is appropriate, there is the corporate identity which is similarly at all Ralos and the design is matched with other materials as well.
What does the rest think?

Dear all,
Perfect - then let’s go for three banners and all of them in English?
Best,
Matthias

Hello all,
we have 2 full size banners at present.

Matthias

Hello all,
Silvia's come back to me to ask for final numbers. Unless I hear otherwise in the next 24H, I'll let her know that EURALO would like to order 2 small banners.

Hi all,
Olivier, Matthuas, thank you.
Now i see our banner and absolutely agree - there is no serious reason for redesign (Matthias, you are right, if to change it, need to change all).
2 banners for order (perhaps) is enough number?
Best regards,
Natalia

Dear all,
Honestly, I am personally not a fan of redesigning it because the design is appropriate, there is the corporate identity which is similarly at all Ralos and the design is matched with other materials as well.
What does the rest think?
Have a nice day!
