Dear colleagues of the EURALO ALS Engagement Task Force, as this group is going to be tasked with the development of the RALO's FY20 Outreach Strategic Plan, please find the proposed timeline below. In order to improve the administration of the program, staff in support of administering CROP propose the following timeline for CROP FY20: *20 – 31 May 2019* Proposed period for discussion between regional VP/team with relevant community groups (i.e. RALOs and CROP-eligible GNSO constituency groups) on creating a Draft Strategic Outreach Plan for FY20 *27 May – 10 June 2019* Proposed dates for draft and submission of FY20 Draft Strategic Outreach Plan for VP concurrence *17-Jun-19* Proposed deadline for VP sign-off We would appreciate if you could let us know what you think on this timeline and provide your feedback.
