[Gnso-board-readiness-smallteam] Board readiness - Revised interviewee packet

Hi All: You might remember that, after a trial interview with Susan, we thought that the questions should be amended in some way. The amendments I am suggesting here, apply to the first question about “surprise.” Under the initial brand question, I ask the interviewee to consider if s/he was surprised about pended or rejected recommendations for different “categories” of rejection: cost, Bylaw violation, need to consult with the GAC, wording clarification. I also slightly recorded some of the other questions to make them more germane to SubPro. Please read the page of questions and see if this makes sense to you. Staff comments very welcome.
