The docs attached include the Management Summary (no changes made), the Findings, and the Recommendations. The latter two are in redline that reflects only the latest changes. I’ve spoken to Susan and Thomas and traded emails with Justine to understand their changes and the discussion during the meeting I missed last week. The changes include: 1. In the Methodology section, the addition of a clarification sections that includes * Clarification that recommendations are not commands, just recommendations * That PDP teams = PDP WGs = PDPs * That when we say rejections, we just really mean non-adoption * There is some inside baseball here - just google it if you need to enhance your knowledge 2. In the Findings, I pulled Justines edits from the online version 3. In the recommendations, I added: * The suggestions that we might consider splitting very broadly chartered PDPs * That ODPs are not favoured as a rule, we prefer the just-right amount of operational evaluation * The Board’s fiduciary duties include more than avoiding a budget bust; they must also include assessing legal risks and implementability, and operating in a prudent way * Considering training I hope I picked up your input.
