Board Readiness - Initial docs
Hi Team: Here is a start on the documentation for our report. For our discussion later today and during the next week. Welp, our work took somewhat of a negative turn after the first set of interviews. What was, when talking about registrations data: "Board rejection and the subsequent, constructive back and forth discussion with the community is a sign of a healthy organisation,” became, when talking about SubPro: "he Board approach, in particular with the obsessive need to have absolute discretion to make final decisions over everything, ... erodes the Multi-stakeholder Model.” I think the new docs probably reflect that turn. There are three docs: The Findings notes, which are interview statements attributed to the interviewee: not for publication, but for our reference. The added material is in red font. A new Findings doc. For publication. The added material is in red font. What’d I miss or mischaracterise? A redline Recommendations doc - the redline being the change from last time to this. You can see I have provided explanation or rationale to readers can (try to) make sense of our recommendations. A clean version of the same Recommendations doc. Plenty to discuss here. Usually, I would review this work several more times before releasing it. So, sorry. Team and staff: Please do not share with co-workers. Talk to you soon.
