Dear all, Non-members can follow the EPDP call taking place on Tuesday’s and Thursday’s at 13:00 UTC via the audio cast or view only Adobe Connect room. As requested and discussed on Tuesday's (14 August 2018) meeting, please note that an additional Adobe Connect room has been created for use by interested alternates and observers to be able to view-only the main EPDP Team Adobe Connect room. The view-only room will also broadcast the audio of the EPDP Team AC room, however, those in the view-only room will not be heard. Note that the audio cast stream will also remain available for now for those that prefer to use that option to listen live to the EPDP Team meeting. Dear All, Please find attached the high-level notes from the EPDP Team F2F meeting earlier this week. All recordings, transcripts and documents discussed can be found on the meeting page: https://community.icann.org/x/rQarBQ. We would like to especially draw your attention to the action items and related due dates coming out of this meeting: ACTION ITEMS 1. Support team to post relevant documents to the EPDP Team wiki and/or mailing list following the F2F meeting. 2. If required by their group working models, EPDP Team Members to share F2F work products, e.g., draft data processing workbooks, with their respective Stakeholder Groups, Constituencies, Advisory Committees. Final feedback due by Friday, 5 October 2018. 3. Mark Anderson to work with registry colleagues to fill out the draft data elements currently required for registry data escrow in the workbook for Purpose E (registry data escrow). This could also include recommendations for any modifications to be considered to what is currently required. (due date – Tuesday 2 October) 4. Kristina Rosette to provide first draft of data elements workbook for purpose N. (due date – Tuesday 2 October) 5. Benedict Addis to provide writing for additional purpose, “Research” for consideration by the EPDP team. (due date – Tuesday 2 October) 6. Registrar and Registry teams to develop first draft of data elements workbook for purpose B. (due date – Tuesday 2 October) 7. I asked compliance: > > How does ICANN Contractual Compliance use WHOIS data? And they replied: > > ICANN Contractual Compliance uses WHOIS data to review WHOIS Inaccuracy complaints and other complaints related to domain management (e.g., Transfers, Unauthorized Transfer, Domain Deletion, Renewals, etc.). Depending on the nature of the complaint, ICANN Contractual Compliance may ask the registrar for relevant data to investigate the complaint. Compliance may also look at the Registry public WHOIS to supplement its review or processing. Dear David Dear Gina Dear rest of CBI The establishment of small group was a wise decision and considerably facilitated and expedited the process of work without that it was not possible to converge on this very sensitive and complex issue I listened the rest of the afternoon and did not intervened any more as the discussions and conduct of the meeting were continuing in the right and efficient direction in spite of various comments and counter comments which were normal in such circumstances I hope that you would continue with the same manner and lead the group to prepare the relevant part of the initial report. By the way, please kindly understand the difficulties that I have had and will have to remotely participate in the live discussion Regards
