As a FYI- we do not reveal the name of the person/organizations who escalate. We keep the note short on the report but will elaborate during the meeting. Once the escalation is resolved I will include a note about its resolution in whichever month the resolution occurred. Here is the recommended language to use: During this reporting period, PTI has notified the CSC of one escalation. The CSC has discussed the escalation and determined that it is not a persistent performance issue or systemic problem associated with the provision of the IANA naming services. However, sometimes there is someone on the CSC who doesn’t want us anticipating that the CSC has no issues with the escalation. Maybe give them the 2nd sentence as possible response….not sure.
