Dear IFR2 Team Please find attached the DRAFT report for public comment. As discussed in our Tuesday meeting, we believe we have *full consensus *for the contents of this report (this is highlighted in the executive summary). The current plan is to publish for a public comment period by the end of next week. To those ends, *please review this version by the end of Tuesday March 4. *At this stage, feedback should be limited to substantive areas in which we need to highlight a lack of consensus or which could delay publication.
