Hello All, Attached are 12 screenshots of WHOIS lookups I did on the ICANN.org site. There is a small variety of timed out responses. Please note I have redacted the actual domain name I was looking up due to client confidentiality. I have also heard that registrar's not allowing access to the WHOIS records through ICANN's access is a problem. I will request that the compliance team provide insight on how many complaints they have received concerning timeouts on the look up tool or inability to use the tool. Best regards, Susan
