If I understand the question on what could be a work item, I would propose a reflexion to make hybrid meetings work efficiently and monitor how to improve it over time. My impression is that all meetings will become hybrid, meaning that a large number of participants will attend remotely.
From the IETF experience there are quite a lot of considerations regarding the schedule, time zones,.... and probably much more to consider.

Do you have anything that Ken and I should bring to the board?
I think concentrating on how to maximize efficiency in the hybrid convention world is of the utmost priority. I suspect it's already on their topic list, but it's worth pointing out from our perspective as RSSAC (like most groups) has a very distributed set of participants. -- Wes Hardaker USC/ISI
I think I need more words from you. Are you suggesting offering this as a testbed for hybrid meetings? _______________________________________________ rssac-caucus mailing list rssac-caucus@icann.org https://mm.icann.org/mailman/listinfo/rssac-caucus
