Dear SG,
Please find below, the link to the draft final version 0 of our recommendations report:
https://docs.google.com/document/d/11zWxuuHOy-IMXwaJE8wSSch0M8Mgd9xdpAji0-1…
I tried to keep a redline version of the document but Google Doc does not have (or I don’t know how to use it) a redline feature like MS Word does. If you wish to see past versions of the document you can use the Version History function (File > Version history). Just don’t try to restore a past version as it may overwrite the current draft. Use the current version to suggest edits or just drop a comment.
In addition to the main document, enclosed you will find an annotated Scope document. This was the original scope document we put out for public comment. The handwritten notes attempt to map each scope item to the final draft. During this mapping exercise I found we may need to review scope item 14 (DNS Stability Panel Review). I remember us discussing this item, but am not sure what was our conclusion. I believe it was in the vein of: DNS Stability Panel review processes are not the same for GNSO and ccNSO; RZ-LGR calculation is just one part but does not and should not replace DNS Stability Panel review. Thoughts?
That said, I think the document is in good shape for a final review from all SG members. Per our timeline shared during last Monday’s call, SG members are requested to review and provide feedback no later than May 1st.
In case you missed it, here is the timeline:
20 Apr Circulation of initial clean version – DT (done)

6 May Circulation of final draft for Public Comment (PC) – DT
6-8 May Final call on draft for PC - All

Best,
Dennis
