This is really a great plan for to engage during the two events. I will be hosting a session at IGF and hope to attend physically in Kyoto to assistance with some outreach. I will be also great if the At-Large community meet, including new/prospective members. This will be a great opportunity for new/ prospective memebers network and learn from the community. very good strategic job. i won't be there for th IGF but the roadmaps seems very good.
I think it could be great to have on X or LinkedIn "the throwback of the day" to create a special link with the past participation of ICANN meeting and the current meeting.I don't know if it's possible, the delay is short but that is good valorised content.

Dear all, hi! Hope you are doing well 🎇 I hope that the outreach campaign during the IGF2023 was successful, It would be great to share information and successes (maybe we can organize an At-Large IGF *read out* with virtual and in-person participants to share outcomes, expressions and informal reports?).
In less than a week, ICANN78 begins, as well as our OE activities. Clarifying the formed plan https://docs.google.com/document/d/1SUj6FsXIwWxG0B-sUt7gNP7A0-b9syLt1Aqxy3SQ..., I would highlight the points on which we will focus our attention (all within the framework of the working action plan): 1. Work at the booth. We thank Heidi for the slots allocated for us (12-13.00 from October 21 to 25). I sent my colleagues suggestions for activities at the stand (a prize draw based on contacts left by visitors, photos with signs, posters with QR codes leading to At-Large ICANN78 schedule and to our website). Proposed promo card for social networks in the attachment.
2. On social media, I plan to publish every morning the link to At-Large wiki with everyday schedule + promo cards. In the attachment to the email you will find promo cards. 3. Social Media Contest of publications: As we planned, we will focus on the virtual participants of the ICANN78. We need the text for the announcement of the contest, the proposed hashtags and the prize. 4. We will send an email to the community members and ask to accomplish their ICANN78 posts on social media with hashtags (optional, but recommended). 6. On 21 October we will participate in a Fellow`s meeting and talk about At-Large/EURALO (I am preparing the presentation) https://icann78.sched.com/event/1T4LQ/get-to-know-icann-community-meet-alac-... 7. sorry for the delay. I am sending for your review the At-Large OE campaigns for IGF2023 and ICANN78, SoMe component is included (*I still think that we should have an additional time during each OE meeting (30`) for discussing our SoMe activities - instead separate regularly SoMe calls* - it looks like during upcoming months we all will have very busy agenda and lots of work).
During our OE call this week we will discuss it and then put on google doc as a plan. After discussing and approving the plan, we will note the deadlines for items and responsible persons. Later I will offer image templates for the ICANN78 social media campaign .
