Any plans to assess ODA?

Hi all, The ICANN team just delivered to the ICANN Board its Operational Design Assessment (ODA) of the new gTLD subsequent procedures final report outputs and recommendations (which in total come to more than 300) https://www.icann.org/en/system/files/files/subpro-oda-12dec22-en.pdf. The document is 400+ pages!
