Hi Sarmad, I saw it on the slides from the Singapore meeting that the Cyrillic Panel, unlike some other panels has not yet been formally seated. Could you please clarify what the procedure is to finalise the formation of a panel, and what are the outstanding items for the Cyrillic panel? Thank you, Vladimir

Dear all, There is no sign of life here, so I will try to revive this list, with hope that we can start working.
