Request for Feedback: Reference Label Generation Rulesets (LGRs) for the Second Level

Dear Cyrillic GP members, ICANN has recently released reference second level LGRs for multiple languages including those using Cyrillic script. In order to promote consistency of these LGRs with the work being done for the root zone, to the extent possible, we would like to invite the Cyrillic GP to review the LGRs proposed for the Cyrillic script based languages and let us know the feedback. We will use the feedback to update the proposed reference LGRs. Please see the details of the public comment announcement below. And while the news keep coming from other regions, can we do something in our region? @Dmitry Kohmanyuk, it’s obvious that You don’t have the time to do our repertoire. So, anybody else volunteer for this task? If there is no one, I can do the repertoire in a next few days. Please, find attached all tables that we had in past few months. Do I miss something here? Yes, we are not considering doc files yet, and su table (it’s our goal). Please, check the tables and if there is no comment until Tuesday, and no volunteers for combining them, I will do the repertoire by Friday next week. With composition and work plan approved, the Georgian script Generation Panel will start its work on the label generation rules. A successful development of the Root Zone LGR depends on having Generation Panels for each script represented in the Root Zone.
