First version of final report

Dear all, After successful F2F meeting in Istanbul, I am pleased to present You first version of final report. It was done by Sarmad and me (special thanks to Sarmad), following the explanations of Integration Panel. As we agreed in Istanbul, we need to polish this document on the list and make final version together. About doc: First of all, for all Cyrillic code points which are red in main table or in table obsolete, we need to find proper proof that someone is using those. Link for the usage on the Internet, whatever You have, please send to the list in order to save those code points. Also, the list of homoglyphs is needed to be built (point 6 of the text). Check Your names and correct if I added something wrong (point 8 of the text) Please, send me references for point 9. I don't think there is a need to ask for Apostrophe. Please, send me the formal mail. If You have any other question or comment, please send me or sent them to the list. Further steps> After finishing this document, we are near the finish of our task. Everything is upon You right now, and finally on answers from Integration Panel. According to those opinions, we should continue our work. Formal letter to IP about Apostrophe

Dear all, In front of Cyrillic GP, acting as chairman, I have sent the formal question about Apostrophe on behalf of the group, as we agreed in Istanbul. Based on the formal letter prepared by Hoster.by, the letter was sent today in order to have answer about this issue as soon as we can and to incorporate answer in our final report. The initial letter sent today to IP: Dear all, On November 24-25, 2016, in Istanbul ICANN hub, we had first and very productive F2F-meeting of Cyrillic GP. We have formal inquiry from two ccTLDs (technical administrator of ccTLDs .BY and .БЕЛ, same from .UA and .УКР) about the issue of implementing the possibility of using all the characters of the Belarusian and Ukranian alphabet in the TLDs, especially so called Apostrophe. They strongly believe that this is a matter of preserving the equal rights among all the nations. In the continuation of the work in our group, we need to ask you to consider the possibility of adding the apostrophe character «ʼ» (U+02BC) to the next MSR, which will be used for TLDs' formation. This character is a real part of Belarusian written language and there is no possibility to find a typographical replacement for it. Moreover, the apostrophe is an integral part of the alphabets of the neighboring countries with similar language groups, in particular, the Ukraine and Russia. The relevant examples of usage of apostrophe in these three language groups are: proper names (rus. - Жанна д’Арк, О’Коннор, д’Артаньян); geographical indications (rus. - Кот-д’Ивуар); words with an apostrophe as a separator (bel. - надвор’е, ukr.- зв'язок). We sincerely looking forward to a thorough study of the problems indicated above by the specialists of Integration Panel and the subsequent inclusion of an apostrophe character in the next MSR.
