Hi All, Attached please find the draft that I have just sent on to the WG co-chairs. I have spent a good amount of time reviewing Vicky's edits and creating a clean copy of the report for the WG. For the most part, I've accepted Vicky's edits, but where our differing edits indicated a division of the subteam on what to advise the full WG, I noted it and included both views. Here are the two versions of our report for your review: 1) The redline of our recommendations with edits by Paul, Kathy and Vicky -- for subteam review -- titled Subteam 4 Report draft vfs 10-2-15 kk 10-4 (00837770xB3D1E).doc 2) The "final" version sent to the WG reflects a clean text (edits adopted, format made consistent, spell-checked, etc) -- titled Subteam 4 Report - 10-4-2015 for first WG Review (00837771xB3D1E).doc Below is my message to the WG co-chairs with Subteam 4 Report - 10-4-2015 for first WG Review (00837771xB3D1E).doc attached. I realize time is short but as noted previously the WG chairs had requested that the sub team should send their report to the WG by this weekend so that WG members have a chance to review before Tuesday, especially since there was no opportunity to discuss the sub team's work last week. Thanks much, Vicky! As noted previously, the WG chairs would like us to send something out earlier rather than later, even if it's not a final agreed version, as that would be helpful for WG reviewing purposes. As such, unless there are any more edits, I'll most likely send this out first thing Monday morning - with the usual caveats, of course. As always, sub team members should be able to speak to any points they wish to raise during the WG call as well. Hi All, Tx to Paul for his work! Yesterday, Paul shared with me the edited draft report. He edited the findings and drafted the text for our "recommendation boxes." I really appreciate all he has done - this is hard work! I have now reviewed and added my thoughts and edits to the proposed recommendations. Please let us know what you think, and in particular, and in in light of the desire to close this process soon: What is it there in these remaining comments that impels us to consider an issue further and ask the WG to review and work on? The purpose of our call in a few minutes will be to edit it for substantive content as well as tone. It's over-emphasis here is inappropriate. i also feel our description of the comments should be neutral, and leave the discussion of views to the general working group. this draft doesn't make that mark yet. To put it together, I reviewed Categories E, F and G of our template and summarized them in bullets (as I did for categories A-D). I've also created a space for placing our recommendations to the WG, e.g., what we think might be done with the useful comments we received. Paul is taking a first crack at these recommendations tonight.
