Analysis of previously collected data and additional data: * Staff will open the Google docs until 05:00 UTC Thursday, 28 February (24:00 EST 27 February); * WG members may provide comments on whether the additional data as reflected in the Google docs helps to helps to answer the Sunrise Charter questions, or not (for example agreeing with, or disagreeing with, the submitter of the additional data). 2. ICANN64 Planning: * Staff will produce a draft Summary Table/Report and presentation slides for the Sub Team Co-Chairs to review; * Following that review, staff will send the draft Summary Table/Report and presentation slides to the Sub Team to review for inaccuracies or omissions. ICANN64: RPM Sunrise Sub Team Meetings 10-11 March 2019

Dear RPM Sunrise Sub Team members, Following the Sub Team meeting this week, the next Sub Team meetings will be at ICANN64 in Kobe, with remote participation provided as usual. There is no Sub Team meeting next week to avoid conflicting with travel to ICANN64. Per the attached timeline, during today’s meeting on 27 February at 18:00 UTC the Sub Team is expected to finish its analysis of the remaining previously collected data sources as well as the additional data sources to determine if they may help to answer the Sunrise charter questions. Please see below the schedule of RPM PDP Working Group (WG) and Sub Team meetings at ICANN64. In particular, please note that the Sub Team will provide a progress report on its analysis of previously collected data and additional data to the full WG in session 1 at ICANN64, and turn to the development of preliminary recommendations in Sessions 2 and 3. (The Trademark Claims Sub Team will use Session 4 for its development of preliminary recommendations.) The Summary Tables/Reports of the Sub Team’s analysis will be provided to the Sub Team to review along with draft slides for the presentation to the WG.
