Draft ALAC Statement on the IDN Fast Track Draft Implementation Plan

Dear Community: As you may be aware, a public consultation has been opened on a draft Implementation Plan for Fast Track IDN deployment. The consultation may be found here: http://www.icann.org/en/announcements/announcement-3-23oct08-en.htm In order to facilitate drafting, ALAC IDN Liaison Hong Xue has compiled a draft statement.
