[For Review] Latin script LGR proposal v.6

      Dear Latin GP members,

As per our discussion on 4 March 2021, we have updated the Latin LGR proposal package (draft for version 6) and uploaded them to the Latin GP One Drive<https://1drv.ms/u/s!AoE6DtesaqpIiE2_nyR0M-LVCekp?e=cVYdtQ> for your review and finalize.
