We have confirmed the response to IP as the attached files.
The medial matrix is also attached with the color code:
White or Green - Pronuncible, existing words, no grapheme conflicts
Orange - The combination is not in use or not pronuncible, but does not
cause variant issues or unstable rendering issues.
Red - The combination can cause variant issues or unstable rendering due to
least likeliness.
In response to reducing some rules, there is not much to change the rules
related to medials, however,
we can normalize the rules related to tonemarks. Rule #8 and #9 can be
deduced into one,
"T_SHORT or T_LONG must follow C or M or LV or S12"
This change will allow T_Short (U+1037) to follow M (Medials).
The T_Short is dot-below-diacritic which would appear around the below part
of the grapheme. T_Short following a Medial does not happen in everyday
words but it does not visually complicate renderings.
