All, please find enclosed the first draft agenda and advise scheduling conflicts, taking into consideration that the last block is reserved for the remote participants due to their time zone(s), and the second block is a Round Table organized by the ccNSO's UA Committee who read in copy. Failing which I would send it to the ccNSO for adding to the Calendar on Friday (I will be in transit on Thursday). Please note that all slides *MUST* be in by close of business local time Friday 2026-03-06 to Claudia Ruiz, who reads in copy. We will upload them to our presenter laptop. Arrangements can be made by the individual speaker with Claudia, beforehand, to use your own laptop, but we do require them uploaded as backup. We can accommodate the usual formats (Powerpoint, Keynote, Presenter and Prezi) but also require them as PDFs without transitions for later uploading to the web site. Invitation to Contribute: UA EWG Draft Guidelines Public Comment

Dear UAC Members, I hope this message finds you well. ICANN has opened a new Public Comment<https://www.icann.org/en/public-comment/proceeding/draft-guidelines-for-adv…> proceeding that is closely aligned with the focus of our group. The ICANN Universal Acceptance (UA) Expert Working Group (EWG) has prepared draft guidelines<https://itp.cdn.icann.org/en/files/ua-ewg/guidelines-for-advancing-universa…> outlining strategic and practical approaches to encourage UA adoption across a wide range of stakeholders - including large technology companies, open-source communities, standards organizations, software developers, system administrators, the DNS industry, hosting and Internet service providers, public sector and intergovernmental bodies, as well as academia. The draft also proposes a framework to help measure efforts and outcomes in areas such as awareness, policy support, implementation, and capacity development related to UA adoption. The community is invited to review the report and share feedback, particularly on: * Any gaps in the proposed guidelines * Potential challenges in implementation * Suggestions on prioritization The deadline to submit comments via the Public Comment page is 13 April 2026 at 23:59. Given the importance of Universal Acceptance to our collective work, your perspectives and insights would be greatly appreciated.
