GNSO TPR PDP Phase1(a): CPWG input to the public comments

Dear all, The Inter-Registrar Transfer Policy Review (TRP) has been published for public comments June 21, 2022. The public comment period is scheduled to close on 2 August 2022. At-Large members in the TPR PDP will inform CPWG in our upcoming meetings. We had the discussion about Domain Abuse on #ICANN74. Especially at the ISPCP meeting the question arose, if "removing domains" from the underlying system qualifies as "alternate name space". With the EU sanctions against Russia (due to the unilateral war against Ukraine), this issue became a legal struggle to european ISPs. Here the current state of the process in Germany.
