Proposed SPIRT Charter

The Draft SPIRT Charter has now been sent to the GNSO Council for its adoption and a copy is attached. Although change is not expected, it is possible that the Predictability Framework, upon which SPIRT is based, may change once the draft Applicant Guidebook goes out for Public Comment (expected about May 2025). Should there be substantial changes, the SPIRT Charter may need to be revised. As such, it is not expected that the SPIRT Charter Drafting Team will not be dissolved at this time, but will be inactive pending any possible changes. Alan
