Your insights and/or expertise on the subject matter for public comment would be helpful for: * Firstly, reviewing and identifying any need for the ALAC to submit a comment, and secondly, where such need arises, presenting issues - in the form of bullet points - for discussion at one or more Working Group calls. * If the Working Group subsequently reaches consensus on the need for an ALAC comment, volunteering as a penholder to craft a concise thoughtful response (i.e. an ALAC statement) to this public comment proceeding. The CSC concluded that PTI’s performance was: Satisfactory – PTI met 93.8% of defined metrics. This was due to missing 4 SLAs out of the 64 defined SLAs. The missing of the SLAs has been satisfactorily explained by PTI. The CSC has determined that these exceptions are no cause for concern. No persistent problems were identified, and no further action is needed. > > The CSC and PTI have started the review process of the SLA. At the CSC January meeting, we discussed and agreed on the method to conduct the review.
