Follow-up Public comment period and preparing the Final Report

Dear all, AS you will recall upcoming Friday 1 June, the public comment period on the Interim Report will close. To date no comments were received, but based on conversation 3 are expected. I will produce a summary of the comments by Monday 4 June and circulate it to you ( and publish it). As discussed, the intention is to present the final report to the ccNSO and GNSO Councils in time before the Panama meeting, to allow the Councils to take decisions according to there own rules and procedures. We suggest to schedule a call late next week (6, 7, 8 June) or on Monday 11 June. Purpose of the call is to run over the comments and finalise the report. Maria will send out a Doodle poll to schedule the meeting. Kind regards, Bart
