They would appreciate if they could share their findings on Tech Day. Review & amendment Report and charter Initial report basis no real substantive change needed. Comments based on version Donna circulated just before the call Page 5 : Explanation 6 comments received no substantive changes required Page 6: DENIC on issues out of scope Formally acknowledge in report Include in Section 5 of the Final Report “Issues out of scope”. Page 7: Double negative changed Page 8: GNSO Council recommendation : to stress diversity principle requirement Capture point of diversity, but given limited number skill set high priority as well. In addition argument not adopted, and WS 2 recomemdnations are targeted at SO and ACs Changing circumstances Term of vacancy included , also included in in charter reference to liaison Page 10: Initially regular review in charter, given it is now agreed by PTI, and CSC includes review Change of thinking Martin: We do not a requirement to review RAP at regular review If new operator is selected. RAP needs to be renegotiated Create new paragraph Include in charter, or outside? Neat to be dealt Martin: to make wording that is simple to cover is. Requirement to negotiate. Dear all, The Public comment period on the Initial report closed 1 June at 23.59 UTC. Two comments were received, 1 from the CSC and 1 from the RySG. In general both were supportive of the findings, recommendations and proposed changes to the Charter.
