Hello All, Here are the notes from today’s meeting: * Discussion of distribution packet for interviewees: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1hoHhldcsb8QI4hf0M3kp-qxo9gUYU8bb?us… * Discussion of how best to do doodle polls, consensus seems to be that it is best to provide interviewee with two-week window and then consult with who from the team is available for those times. Hi All: See the note below from John. These docs comprise the pre-communications from us to the interviewees. 1) the Introductory email from Kurt is the invitation to participate. 2) The remaining docs are the “information packet” that will be sent to those who agree to the interviews 1. The Blurb is the packet intro 2. The Refresher is the “Brief History of this particular PDP” 3. The Non-Addopted Recommendations are the fodder for discussion, and 4. The Questions are, well, the Questions. Comments during the meeting are welcome. I am going through and (except for the Non-adopted recommendations) making the docs PDP-neutral. Regarding the rest of the agenda that John sent out earlier: 1. We’ll start with a brief prep for Thomas’ interview. I planned that Justine conduct the interview. 2. Review the packet described above 3. Methodology for arranging the interviews. (See the attached spreadsheet of an example of spreadsheets we will review and update on a weekly basis) 4. The interview I hope this is clear.
