Regrets; Domain Incite article

I'll be at the INTA meeting Monday and unable to attend Monday's Standing Committee meeting. This Domain Incite article is interesting. https://domainincite.com/29884-it-now-takes-two-weeks-to-get-a-whois-record… The main point in the Domain Incite report is that the average time for a positive response has risen from one week (6.92 days) in February to two weeks (14.09 days) in April. For negative responses, the response time was 1.26 days, up from 6.17 days in March. Tracking the changes in these averages is a good first step, but I suspect it will be more informative to see response statistics by registrar. Further, averages are probably not the best statistic. Better would be the median (50 percentile) and a couple of other percentiles, e.g. 10% and 90%. Thanks, Steve sender

Hi Farzaneh, “Other Corrective” and “Other” are the short labels I came up with to transcribe “Other corrective action is required before request can be processed” and “Other” in the data (line 37 and 38). I had to come up with reduced labels for most items otherwise the graphs would have been all labels. If/when we publish these we can reference the Short to Full label equivalences in a table below. Please do offer suggestions as to better summarise the Full labels into the Short ones. Is ”Correct. actions req.” better “Other Corrective”? I don’t think it would distort the Graphs too much. Can we collectively make sure that Column E labels are an accurate and relevant summarisations of Column B labels? NCSG request: LEA's country/economy

Dear all, Excited to have joined the team. Per our previous conversation, NCSG would like to discuss the possibility of reporting the location (the country/economy) of law enforcement agencies that submit requests to the RDRS. In order to report on that, the system needs to capture the location/country of the LEAs. For the next meeting, we wanted to discuss the technical preparedness needed to capture the data. Hi All, I wanted to share that the following system enhancements, discussed on our 11 March call, have been released. Improved error messaging now addresses concerns surfaced at the EURALO roundtable (e.g. ccTLDs, non-participating registrars, unsupported TLDs). As a reminder you can find the list of supported gTLDs in the gTLDs JSON Report. Language was added to the RDRS interface to indicate which TLDs are not supported in RDRS (e.g. ccTLDs, mil, .int, .arpa, .gov, .edu) – (see attached screenshot) The “Help” link on the RDRS requestor home page is anchored to the “RDRS Resources” section of the RDRS page for better user experience. RDRS FAQs for Requestors and Registrars have been updated to include additional explanations on supported (gTLDs JSON Report) and unsupported TLDs (e.g. .mil, .int, .arpa, .gov, .edu, ccTLDs). ICANN80 - Kigali RDRS Schedule

Dear Standing Committee, Following up on last Monday’s call I checked with Caitlin from Staff and wanted to confirm that: * RDRS Standing Committee – meeting currently scheduled on Monday, 10 June from 10:45 - 12:15 local time, * CSG – there is a membership session on Monday, 10 June from 13:45 - 15:00 local time, * RrSG – there is a session entitled, "Registrars & ICANN: Good RDRS Requests" on Tuesday, 11 June from 10:45 - 12:15 local time. This gives RDRS issues 4 and some hours of airtime of the Monday-Tuesday. I would encourage to the extent possible for the whole Standing Committee to participate in all three. Kigali mornings will come very early from those who are staying home in North America, but all three sessions will be recorded as per usual. We will need to keep watching that all 3 sessions remain unconflicted with each other.
