Dear ICANN Community: On 30 March 2022, the ICANN organization (org) published the Public Comment Summary Report for ICANN's draft FY23–27 Operating & Financial Plan, and the draft ICANN FY23 Operating Plan and Budget. The proceeding ran from 07 December 2021 to 07 February 2022. The report can be found here: https://www.icann.org/en/public-comment/proceeding/draft-fy23-27-operating-… ICANN org will send the Proposed for Adoption FY23-27 Operating & Financial Plan, and the Proposed for Adoption FY23 Operating Plan and Budget to the Board for adoption in May 2022. At the same time, ICANN will publish these documents, so the community has the opportunity to review it.
