ICANN org has republished its Report of Public Comments on "ICANN Reserve Fund: Proposed Replenishment Strategy" to include public comments and their corresponding responses that were inadvertently omitted from the original 30 May 2018 posting. The report can be found here: https://www.icann.org/public-comments/reserve-fund-replenishment-2018-03-06… While the topics in the omitted comments were addressed in the initial publication because other commenters raised the same topics, ICANN org has republished a complete report including all comments received and responses to those comments. Dear Community Members: On May 30, 2018 the ICANN Board of Directors adopted ICANN's FY19 Operating Plan and Budget and updates to the Five-Year Operating Plan. Incorporated into the overall operating plan and budget process is an evaluation of additional budget requests (ABR). This additional budget approval process is for the review of specific requests from the community that are not already included in the budget but serve to further the key objectives of the requesting community group. ICANN FY19 Operating Plan and Budget Proposed for Adoption - Webinar 24 May 2018 1400 UTC

After reviewing the public comments received, the ICANN org and the Board Finance Committee approved the Staff Report of Public Comments, which was posted on 24 April 2018. As indicated in the Staff Report, several changes were approved for incorporation into the proposed documents. The revised documents were posted online, with a summary of changes, to ensure public visibility of the final documents sent to the ICANN Board as proposed for Adoption. These documents will be presented to the ICANN Board of Directors for adoption at a Board meeting on 30 May 2018. FY19 Operating Plan and Budget Public Comment Staff Report Published

Today, ICANN published the Staff Report of Public Comments on ICANN's Draft FY19 Operating Plan and Budget, and an associated update to the Five-Year Operating Plan. The report was based on the public comment proceeding that ran from 19 January to 8 March. The final version will be posted for Public Comment in mid-May, then will be submitted for Board adoption on 30 May. Reserve Fund Replenishment Public Comment

Dear Community Finance Members: As discussed in the webinar on 2 March, the public comment proceeding on the Reserve Fund Replenishment was opened today. Open Date: 6 March 2018 Close Date: 25 April 2018 ICANN Organization is seeking public comments on the Reserve Fund replenishment strategy. Following the confirmation of the Reserve Fund target level of a minimum of 12 months of Operating Expenses, the difference between the current and the target levels shows a shortfall, and the Reserve Fund needs to be replenished. The purpose of this public consultation is to offer a suggested replenishment strategy for public input.
