Dear CSC Effectiveness Review Team, We’ve secured a room for the Effectiveness Review Team session on Monday, 22 October in room 119*. A couple of things to note: This room will not have any services, including remote participation. (sorry, Martin) We have the room reserved from 9:20 am-10:20 am. The CSC Public Session starts at 10:30 am in room 121*. I’ve sent the calendar invite to the CSC, however, it’s unclear if any will attend. Best, Ria

Dear Philippe, Thank you for your support of the clarifications. Regarding your comment on the third row of slide 7, PTI would of course be the one performing the implementation. If the implementation needs ICANN org approval before implementation can begin (as envisaged under certain circumstances in the SLA change document being drafted for example), then that process would take place. So, I guess it all goes to if the row is capturing only the implementation activity, or the steps leading up to it as well. If the former, then I agree with you that PTI makes sense. Dear CSC, We’re working to schedule a CSC Effectiveness Review team public session on Monday, 22 October from 9:30-10:30 am. This is after the Welcome Ceremony and just before the CSC Public session in room 121*. We have not confirmed a room for the Effectiveness Review team session yet, but will do so in the next couple of days. We’re hoping members and liaisons of the CSC could meet with the CSC Effectiveness Review team during this time. I’m sending a placeholder shortly. Dear Phillippe, Martin, all, Thank you for the comments received to date. Included updated version, which also includes comments and suggestion from Trang. There is one major point that I want to draw to your attention with respect to the inclusion of the table of Measures. The table refers to language in the charter, in particular IFO. You should have already received a placeholder in your calendars for Monday, 22 October from 9:30-10:30 am (just after the Welcome Ceremony and right before the CSC Public Session). Hi Donna, The CSC Charter review showed that impact of the proposed changes and distinction between Final Report and amended charter were unclear. Ensuring timely and structured involvement mitigates interpretation and/or implementation risks in phase when RT is no longer around. Hope this clarifies the need.
