Dear Empowered Community Administration representatives, In accordance with the timelines and procedures set out in Annex D of the ICANN Bylaws, staff notes that the 21-day Rejection Action Petition Period pertaining to the ICANN Standard Bylaws Amendments regarding ccNSO-Proposed Changes to Article 10 and Annex B expired a few hours ago (at 06.59 UTC). No Rejection Action Petition Notices (as defined in Annex D, Section 2.2(c)(i)) were received by the Empowered Community Administration within the prescribed timeframe. As such, under Annex D, Section 2.2(c)(ii), the Rejection Process for the ICANN Standard Bylaws Amendments regarding ccNSO-Proposed Changes to Article 10 and Annex B is thus automatically terminated.
