Telephone conference schedule

Hi all At our London meeting, we agreed an action plan that included a call every two weeks. Because of the geographical spread of Team members, we also agreed to rotate the timing of the calls. Alice has kindly pulled together a schedule, using Bill's work on time zones. I propose that we adopt this schedule. My proposal is that individuals for whom a call falls between 22:00 - 06:00 local time should not be expected to participate in that call. Each call will be recorded, the transcript will be available, and we plan to have regular face to face meetings. If I don't hear any objections, this will be the basis that we adopt the schedule. Dear Sharon, I wanted to add my thanks to everyone's at our meeting. Thank you so much for all of your work in planning our meeting in London. Your extensive planning of location, hotel, lunches, hospitality, pictures - from the largest to smallest details - paved the way for a truly unique and productive first face to face meeting of our group. It is an experience I will never forget. Great thanks also to your wonderful team. It was a great pleasure to meet them and talk with them -- and their warm hospitality was much appreciated! London will always be very special to me henceforth - a place where we had terrific memories, along with good, hard work. Thank you! SV meeting - deadlines - for your information

Dear Review Team Members, As you may recall, Olof announced the deadline to submit session request forms for the Silicon Valley meeting last week during the London meeting. ICANN staff has set new rules for ICANN meetings that require prompt notice and commitment. For your information, please find below an extensive calendar and list of requirements: * Session request forms need to be handed in by Friday, 4 February. The following are required: o title of the session, o type of the session (open/closed/No web posting); o number of participants; o date, end time and start time; o expected number of attendees (should it be open); o room setup o catering? o Remote participation services (streaming/recording, Adobe room, interpretation, number of mics, bridge, projector etc) o Web posting information (overview of the session - who should attend - agenda). * The final schedule for public sessions will be posted on Monday, 21 February. No further edits and adds to the meeting requests will be accommodated past this date. Note that supporting staff is coordinating with Emily and Kathy to determine the RT's needs.
