Staff will forward this document, which supersedes the earlier draft initially included in the RFP, to participating vendors. Monday, 26 February is the deadline for ICANN to answer questions from vendors and provide them additional information to use in their final RFP responses. So far, seven (7) vendors had declared interest and are in process developing their proposals. 9 March 2018 is the deadline of proposal submission. We greatly appreciate the time and hard work from the Data Sub Team members and the PDP WG Co-Chairs in the development and timely completion of the document. Have a great weekend! To provide vendors with better understanding of the project scope and survey task, as well as to ensure that community-developed guidance is incorporated into the RFP process, the Data Sub Team has agreed to the inclusion of the Data Request Table in the RFP document. Please see attached. Since the document is currently in draft form and still under discussion within the Sub Team, please be assured that there is clarifying note in the RFP document describing the draft status of the Data Request Table. As per direction from the Data Sub Team, staff has generated this clean version that incorporates edits, comments, and instructions provided by the Sub Team. To be accessible to all interested vendors, and for purposes of transparency, the attached Data Request Table will be published on icann.org along with other RFP public documents. The launch of the RFP will not affect the Data Sub Team’s ability to continue working toward the completion of the Data Request Table. There will be a period where ICANN staff answer questions from responding vendors and provide additional information and resources. The final agreed Data Request Table can therefore be included at this stage of the RFP, superseding the earlier draft, and being referenced by respondents in their final RFP responses. We will advise the Data Sub Team of the final internal deadline to finalize the Data Request Table (this is typically about one week before ICANN finalizes responses to send to RFP participants). We greatly appreciate the time and contributions from the Data Sub Team members and the PDP WG Co-Chairs in the development of the document. The inclusion of the document would be very helpful to get suitable vendors and targeted proposal, while meeting the goal of launching the RFP as soon as possible. Updated RPMs Data Request Table

Hello everyone, The Data Sub Team has completed their deliberation on the Data Request Table. The updated version (attached) includes additional suggested draft survey questions, comments, instructions, as well as charter questions related to the additional marketplace RPMs that are within the scope of Sunrise and Trademark Claims services. Staff will forward this document, which supersedes the earlier draft initially included in the RFP, to participating vendors. REMINDER: No WG call this week (but 3 concurrent Sub Teams); draft agendas for the Sub Teams

Dear all, As highlighted in the action items from the Working Group call last week (see below), there will not be a full Working Group meeting this week. Instead, all three new Sub Teams will be meeting concurrently, in the usual Working Group time slot. If you signed up for one of the new Sub Teams, you should have received a calendar invitation for your respective group, and will have been signed up to a mailing list for that group as well. If you have not signed up for a Sub Team but still wish to do so (note that the Call for Volunteers closed earlier today), please email me as soon as possible, and before the Sub Team call takes place, indicating which Sub Team you wish to sign up for. Staff has created a wiki page for each Sub Team, as was done with the previous and current Sub Teams that were formed (including the ongoing Data Sub Team that meets each Friday).
