Well, the BCEC made that the decision, and it is not a good precedent to
demand the group to explain its decisions in ways that can betray its
confidential nature.
It is a legitimate question of Avri if she is aware of any reason that may
have prevented her inclusion on the ballot.
Beyond that, I'm not sure the question is easily answerable.
