All, Constituency Travel provided some detailed responses to various questions and closed several open items. I have posted there updated answers within the Travel Sub-Report: https://community.icann.org/display/NARALO/NARALO+Chair+Reports+on+Travel+A… It is my understanding at this point everyone who is receiving sponsored travel is on track at least with what they need from Constituency Travel(except for Glenn), if I am wrong please let me know. (Truth be told, any issues should have been addressed some time ago. This hasn't exactly taken anyone by surprise. I received a hotel confirmation on ICANN letterhead on Jan 17th, along with a very detailed description of how to complete the visa application (copy attached here). I think that this is the guide referred to in red on your wiki page. The only thing that was not crystal clear to me was what to fill in 3.6 on Major Family Members. I thought that it was only for family travelling with you, but they want just what they are asking for. Specifically, if earlier say you are married, you should include your spouse here. I beleive the issue is not so much the last mile as the middle mile. Hello all, As we get China visa deadlines I have been relaying a number of questions to constituency travel. The NARALO Chair sub-report on Travel Issues has been moved and updated: https://community.icann.org/display/NARALO/NARALO+Chair+Reports+on+Travel+As sistance+2013 If you have additional concerns please forward them to me and I will bundle them with the other questions and share the responses with the group. In general it appears that the deadline for submitting your visa application is THIS WEEK in order to comply with ICANN's timeline. However, there are still some unanswered questions concerned the details of the visa application itself which I am trying to clarify with CT. Unfortunately, the answer to two questions from a NARALO member were met with "Please see the CT Application Form guide in the email" - the answers were not in there which is why they were asked in the first place. Hi All We had a booth on the Seedy Saturday event for our foundation to promote local food production for our Community Greenhouse in Oshawa. We recruited people to sign up and we had a Harlem Shake members with all the new members and we celebrated with a dance.
