Dear Judith, ICANN's At-Large Advisory Committee (ALAC) is pleased to inform you that (188) Capital Area Globetrotters been certified as an At-Large Structure (ALS). The ALAC greatly appreciates your group's interest in involving individual users in ICANN and looks forward to working with you and your colleagues. The purpose of ALS certification is to recognize that your organization meets the necessary criteria to involve individual Internet users at the local or issue level in ICANN activities, and that your organization will support its individual members' informed participation in ICANN efforts that affect end-users. The ALAC is eager to promote a productive working relationship between your organization, other ALS, and the ALAC (and ICANN in general), and your input on how we can make this a success would be greatly appreciated. Siento no coincidir esta vez Alejandro. Sucede que tenemos poca gente con experiencia en LACRALO, pero en estos momentos están todos trabajando y ocupando cargos, con lo cual no pueden inscribirse en estos grupos. Igualmente creo que podría ser alguien con menos experiencia, y que le sirva de aprendizaje. Hablo de la experiencia personal de trabajar en un ccwg. Al momento de ingreso les pedí paciencia por mi falta de experiencia y mal inglés, y me la concedieron. Manitoba E Association ALS Application

We recently received the Manitoba E Association application to become a NARALO ALS. Manitoba E Association has its roots in the CAP program and Telecommunities Canada which many of our NARALO members have their origins Despite the federal government cutbacks to this program the organization continues to be active and a viable group outreaching especially to the First Nations through their Summer Internship program. They are an active organization with good addition to the NARALO family of ALS's Given our outreach efforts to Canada and the US to the first nations I believe their active involvement will be a real asset to building a stronger RALO.
