Dear IRT Members, Following the 10 October IRT call<https://community.icann.org/pages/viewpage.action?pageId=244945135>, we’ve cleaned up the draft Code of Conduct and Conflicts of Interest AGB sections. As noted during that session, please let us know if there are any final comments or concerns by the end of ICANN78 (26 October 2023): https://docs.google.com/document/d/14d4ZTxjkr2-zimxsqpg675nZjRX1dAs_7hXZ9gA… As a reminder, we’ve also drafted the Conflicts of Interest Process for Vendors and Subcontractors, which we plan to share with you and discuss after ICANN78. Tomorrow's Call

Dear members of the IRT, I regret to inform you that we will have to cancel tomorrow’s meeting. We are still finetuning the text on Reserved Names and on Applications Assessed in Round and we will bring these back to the IRT in the meetings after ICANN78. We will have the topics of Application Comment ready for review on Saturday in Hamburg; face-to-face for those travelling – dial-in will be available. We have also taken note of the helpful discussion on geo names on the list and will provide a proposal on the issue discussed after ICANN78. I am looking forward to our discussion in Hamburg.
