Dear IRT, Thank you for the warm welcome to Jason Kean, who will be onboarding as the project lead for PPSAI and a big thank you to Dennis for all he has done to move the work forward and thank you for the continued support on the IPT. We ask that the IRT continue to review and finalize comments on the Ext: IRT Doc - Disclosure Frameworks Assessment (06Feb25)<https://docs.google.com/document/d/1prbyViSAFL866FjYD9VSwSH4aGjkJZgNYn6m3NX…>. Please review IPT Priority 1 (for immediate IRT consideration and potential GNSO Council escalation) and Priority 2 (flagged for IRT discussion in implementation) assessment comments and identify: 1. Impacts from new laws or policies: There are additional areas under new law or policy that have not been noted in the document, and which should also be revisited by the IRT. 2. Clarify additional inconsistencies: Identify any additional aspects of the frameworks that do not align (or could or should be better aligned) with existing work or procedures (e.g. on RDRS, RDP or other existing policies or procedures). 3. Provide further rationale: to support or object to an existing priority assessment comment. Dear IRT, Thank you for completing IRT Task 20250123. For ease of tracking, I’ll address both of your comments here. * Roger, you are correct. We do not yet have alignment on whether the Illustrative Disclosure Framework is just an “illustrative“ example. This is addressed in TQ.C<https://docs.google.com/document/d/1jvVfgLtnqzcSarbL2UfeHQV_CykUbpv-DB_m5ZA…>. The focus of TQ.D, on the other hand, related to unclear objectives for IP requests. Clarifying objectives can be found in Annex B<https://urldefense.com/v3/__https:/docs.google.com/document/d/1nS5WTk0p79XR…> of the final report and do not appear to need GNSO guidance. * Volker, your point on TQ.I is already covered within TQ.A and we have further noted your concerns within the IRT input section for additional context for GNSO consideration. This does not appear to be a threshold question, but is a coordination concern and would be useful to consider for further discussion during implementation. This has been a noted topic in implementation tracker for reference. * TQ.I: (GDPR Changing the landscape) This focus of this candidate threshold question appears to be duplicative of content already included in the drafting of TQ.A: Definitions & Industry use. * TQ.J: (Higher risk of inadvertent publication of a customer’s details in the course of de-accreditation for unaffiliated providers?) Threshold Question appears to fall into clarifying questions and has been discussed in the industry practices session during ICANN81.
