Thanks, Marc. I appreciate the feedback. As a quick reminder, we had announced these two dates (29 and 30 April) as far back as the Seattle meeting with the note that 1 May is a holiday for many on the ICANN team working on the AGB and supporting the IRT. With staff (and likely community) availability limited in the subsequent week due to the CP summit, I am reluctant to move this call at this point . What I can do is make sure that this is the last time (and I think overall only the third time – not counting the subgroups – that the IRT meets twice within 24h). I appreciate the burden that these calls put on the community and I believe to-date the ICANN team has been very responsive to IRT feedback in terms of call scheduling. On your point of ICANN’s arbitrary choice of a launch date, I have to disagree with you. The timeline for the IRT and the AGB drafting and the opening of the next round, followed a very spirited discussion – with a lot of voices taken into account – with the community, many in the IRT arguing that the 2-year timeline is far too long for the IRT when we first set out on this journey – wanting to see this work concluded within 9-12 months. So I think we arrived at a good compromise and the good news is, the intense meeting schedule will come to an end at the end of May at the latest (hopefully mid-May in fact). I strongly echo this and I’m sure many other participants do as well. The current schedule with sometimes 3 meetings per week of 2 hours each already makes it difficult enough for those that are not paid to attend SubPro as part of their job and is contrary to the stated goal of maximum community participation. Having two meetings within 24 hours makes it virtually impossible. Meeting ICANN’s arbitrary choice of launch date should not need prioritized over community input and participation. Blocked and Reserved Names - Updated Draft Language

Dear IRT Members, I wanted to share that we’ve updated the draft AGB language for the Blocked and Reserved Names section, which you can find here.<https://docs.google.com/document/d/1rH3w5rdXfh0_Yxrp_u_uPvgYqYsE00aoSCqV1bU…> The following revisions have been made: * Reorganized the section to more clearly separate Blocked Names (now listed first) and Reserved Names (listed below). * Removed the overview table and incorporated the relevant information directly into each section. * Added a new section with draft language on "Blocked Names Identification", including the associated Challenge mechanism. * Added a new section with draft language on "Reserved Names Identification", including the associated Challenge mechanism. * Revised the structure to more clearly show the different phases of the Reserved Names Review. * Introduced a new section titled "Reserved Names Review Extended Evaluation", aligned with similar AGB sections. * Standardized terminology throughout, including: Identification, Exception Process, Reserved Names Review, and Reserved Names Evaluation. IRT Meeting Schedules and preparation for meetings + brief input on Name Collisions

Lars and Elisa et As Justine has noted previously, it would be great if we could review the slides where you go over the public comment to the AGB draft and the responses PRIOR to the IRT meetings. It is very difficult to react "on the fly" and difficult to gauge the IRT responses and consensus when the only follow up is via the list. Separately, I note this week that there are two IRT meetings 16 hours apart. I am not entirely sure why this is the case (again) but it would definitely be best to avoid two meetings in the same 24 hour period. Regarding Meeting #132, please accept my apologies but I do have comments re Name Collisions: 1. It appears that the section of the NCAP Report adopted by the Board which refers to the creation of a Technical Review Team is not specifically mentioned in the current draft AGB? Does the Implementation plan vary from this recommendation to create the TRT? 2. It is unclear whether there is a risk assessment mechanism which applies relating to Visible Interruption with Notification in certain cases. This is a mechanism which NCAP recommended. It is unclear what mechanism ICANN intends to use in this regard. In addition, it appears that without this level of risk assessment, it would be extremely difficult for any string classified as "high risk" to be able to submit a successful mitigation plan. I believe that I and others provided some feedback on the above when commenting on the document and in the meeting before the draft AGB went out for public comment. Admittedly this is a very complex topic. (The input from the SSAC will be of greatest importance here.) Thank you for your consideration of the above points.
