The SC on O/E develops strategy to: * Reach out to potential members of the At-Large Community (Outreach), and * Engage new and existing members of the At-Large Community (Engagement) This year there will also be a focus on post-ATLAS III activities<https://community.icann.org/display/ATLAS3/Post-ATLAS+III+Activities> related to outreach and engagement within At-Large. Dear all, I thank Matthias for this great report and would like to put my short report as additional part: I`d like to highlight: *IGF2019 in General*: - Perfect organization of the event. - Very convenient location and navigation, clear schedule of sessions - Large space of the village and a comfortable and beautiful area of stands - high quality broadcasts. I can noted incredible, perfect coordinated work of all At-Large members and support of ICANN colleagues, that is important to show the IGF visitors our common efforts and interaction. *Work at the booth*: We got wonderful light convenient place for the booth 50, we almost haven`t use the printed brochures. But used the QR code to direct people to the site. We occupied a place opposite our EURALO ALS (TaC-Together against Cybercrime) and not far from the ICANN booth. And we moved and communicated with people everywhere (and took selfies and photos with Göran Marby -). *Visitors*: - a lot of visitors and interested guests, especially young people (representatives of IGF youth are particularly interested, some have already sent requests in letters, in messages in social networks and were forwarded to the appropriate RALO). I know at least 1 person which email I re-sent to APRALO as request to join. - We met and had dialogs with Russians: academic, technical folks, researchers, representers of human rights protection organizations, the society for the protection of the Internet, representatives of state programs of new generations of leaders. *Flash session*: We had a great event – the fantastic Flash session about At-Large, thank Olivier for the excellent lead (as always) and the guests who had an interest and ability to come. *What we may to improve:* - We need to have an digital enter for interested guests. The form for filling and sending to each RALO (with Names, affiliated organization, detected country and interest to join us). It will be easier to count our metrics. - More people at the booth. My two days of work there almost don`t allowed me to visit IGF session/SEEDIG open session etc. - We need madam ALAC Chair and O&E subcommittee Chair at IGF2020 for sure - In the future we need to incorporate somehow our Flash session into IGF village event agenda (at least to identify before the IGF week the day/time). It allows us have more participants and and guests. *EURALO General Assembly* We held the great productive EURALO General Assembly lively discussion about the presents and future steps. Great opportunity for f2f meeting with our ALSs, getting the last news and opinions regarding our joint work. Thank for this Sebastien Bachollet, Olivier Crepin-Leblond, Gisella Gruber. All community leaders and ICANN Board members who found the time to participate and support GA. Great work did Yrjo to prepare the plan for the Improving EURALO’s engagement with ALS’es and individuals. IGF2019 was pretty good and we can see the result as new interested members join us and the great OE work done. We will do our work even better next time with this succsesful story. ALAC O&E issues and activities during ICANN67

Dear Daniel, colleagues, I am writing here (following our skype discussion) the suggestions for O&E issues and activities at the At-Large booth at during ICANN67: - the paperless rule (we can use available brochures) - handout gifts (micro-sweet things are good (ICANN chocolate?-), maybe stickers or badges if we have). - I would like to suggest the adding paper postcards: a map of the Cancun beaches (or picture) on the one side, the schedule of ALAC sessions + social events during ICANN67 on the other side. - a little banner/paper with QR code (we had this at the IGF, it works great!) - we need to prepare for our booth-guests the form to fill out (Doodle?). People interested in joining or receiving additional information directly from the leaders of the relevant RALO (the form includes minimum questions: name, country, affiliation to the stakeholder group, detected the interests in joining ICANN, email, GDPR note). - The Flash session on one of the day of the week. It's important to include it in ICANN/ALAC schedule. The session can be combined with the Fellowship Coordinator Siranush (or it can be separate session for newcomers and next gen people) and under the leadership of LACRALO Board. I suggest to create a list of "what we gonna do" on the wiki page with our activities after the approving (in the form of a table with comments/details and responsible persons). There will also be the great ideas from Alfredo (tickets for the film from Jonathan and an invitation to the session of Jonathan, who will tell (at the booth?) about the work of CPWG. I kindly ask you to comment and continue the list if there is a need and ideas (I'm sure there are!)
