WG Members, Attached is the agenda for tomorrow's meeting. You will note that most of the meeting will be the first stage of the WG Signup & Management pilot, which is a demonstration of Kavi. More information about Kavi can be found at http://kavi.com. Kavi is in consideration to challenge the issues the community experiences in not only in expressing interest to participate in groups and the difficulty experienced when signing up, but it may also address consolidation of WG management and administration processes by staff (ex. WG Signup Mgmt, Calendar/Sched, SOI, Attendance, etc..). As stated by Fadi in Singapore, this project will be essential to complement a broader effort to increase outreach and participation to those that do not normally do so. One way to achieve this is to make it easier to participate in the various activities and this pilot intends to determine if this tool meets requirements. Thus, we will only spend 15 minutes discussing the Charter, and 45 minutes of the demo including time for Q&A. Note item two will take us back to the topic of WG Charters and how the group can start to brainstorm about creating a matrix of metrics gathering and criteria can enhance the charter. The links below provide three near-term charter examples for us to review prior to the call. Substantial discussion will occur on the list and at our next call in April. IRTP-D Use Case

WG Members, Please complete the following poll by Tuesday 10 March 2015 to determine whether the WG should proceed with the IRTP-D use case. As discussed in the last call, this exercise may not have direct influence on draft recommendations and/or the tasks ahead to enhance WG work products (Issue Report, Charter, Final Report/Recommendations), but it could perhaps shed light on elements that we may not have considered. Either way, it is up to the WG to determine this next step. Should the WG choose to advance this further: Determine whether the DMPM WG wishes to proceed with the IRTP-D Use case. If so, the intent is to improve upon the current draft before distribution to the SGs/Cs of the GNSO: 1) IRTP-D WG for feedback/input 2) Registrars for feedback/input 3) SGs/Cs for feedback As a reminder, this is not an actual request, but only a use-case based on a potential future request as outlined in one of the IRTP-D WG recommendations. Regardless of the WG's chosen direction, the draft form (with improvements) will still act as one of the WG's deliverables for the Initial Report. - Data Request IRTP Use Case

Dear WG Members, Per the working group call held on Tuesday 24 February 2015, staff is re-circulating the IRTP use case/executive summary document for the group to consider whether it would like to pursue this effort. If there is interest in circulating this use case to interested parties (e.g., to registrars, registries, IRTP Part D WG, etc.), staff feels that it is critical that the WG review and refine the use case. As was discussed on the call, while the use case may not be critical to developing the recommendations, it does provide some benefits, chief amongst those is providing real world testing and refinement of the data request template. Please discuss on list the direction the group would like to take for the use case exercise.
