- IRTP Review Use Case With Executive Summary

Dear WG Members, Staff has prepared a draft executive summary that has been attached to the IRTP use case discussed in last week¹s call. As a reminder, the WG will be meeting next week on 18 November at 21:00 UTC and I would like to strongly urge discussion on the email list regarding this draft in advance of that meeting to ensure that progress is made. In addition, as the scope of data/metrics requests for policy making extends beyond just the registries and registrars (including this IRTP Review use case), the WG may want to consider distributing this use case more broadly, perhaps to all stakeholder groups and constituencies. I would encourage discussion on this point as well. Dear WG Members, Attached, please find the following documents, which will be the subject of today¹s call. 1. A draft process flow depicting the various ways in which data request may be address. The process flow is a visual evolution of Jonathan¹s initial data request process flow and is intended to incorporate the number of requirements that have been discussed in regards to the RySG and RrSG principles. 2. A draft data request use template which are focused on expected future efforts and are intended to aid the WG in better understanding what data requests may look like. 3. Reminder: Monthly GNSO WG Newcomer Open House Session These ongoing monthly sessions are for new GNSO WG participants to come together and discuss any questions they may have about GNSO Working Groups, procedures and/or processes. We know there is a lot of information to digest when you join a GNSO Working Group and these monthly meetings are an opportunity for newcomers and more experienced participants to meet in an informal setting without the pressure of "real work" that needs be done. The agenda is flexible. The presenters will be ready with a standard set of materials if people would like to discuss them. Feel free to submit questions, either in advance or at the beginning of the meeting, if there is a topic that you would like to explore in more depth .
