Wolf-Ulrich Knoben, chair of the Standing Committee on GNSO Improvements Implementation (SCI), requests a meeting on Sunday, 24 June 2012 from 08:00 -09:00, one hour prior to the scheduled start of the GNSO Working session in Congress III. Refer to http://prague44.icann.org/node/31565 Reason for Request: The GNSO Standing Committee on Improvements Implementation (SCI) has been tasked by the GNSO Council to address a number of issues relating to the implementation of recommendations coming out of the GNSO Improvements efforts. The SCI is currently addressing issues such as consent agenda, voting thresholds to delay a PDP and proxy voting. The SCI was planning to hold a teleconference meeting prior to Prague, but due to schedule conflicts, it is no longer possible to organize such a teleconference meeting. As a result, as most members of the SCI will be present in Prague, the SCI would like to hold a meeting on Sunday morning from 8.00 - 9.00 prior to the start of the GNSO Working Session.
