Dear SSR2, Should you find it helpful, we are happy to send a doodle poll out to help the review team identify a time for a conference call (suggested by Eric and Denise) prior to ICANN 62. Attached to this email you will find the complete list of review team members and their geographical regions. In light of the geographic diversity on the team, we suggest including a number of proposed time slots to accommodate all schedules. We would also welcome your input on whether to proceed with the 22-24 August dates for the facilitated face-to-face session. As ICANN org needs a 90-day window to organize a face-to-face meeting, per the process in place, please confirm at your earliest convenience whether we may lock these dates and launch preparations accordingly. Per the doodle poll, 11 out of 17 members are available to attend the meeting in-person. Dial-in details can be made available for the 6 members who cannot join in person. The proposed location is the ICANN office in Brussels, Belgium. We look forward to your input and confirmation. Thank you. Update for SO/AC Chairs: Second Security, Stability, and Resiliency (SSR2) Review -- Next Steps

Dear SO/AC Chairs, We are pleased to inform you that the ICANN organization has engaged an external professional to facilitate the transition process and help the SSR2 review team in restarting and moving forward with its work. The SSR2 Review Team members have been notified of the appointment of the facilitator and efforts undertaken to support their work, confirming the official restart of the SSR2. After reviewing facilitator profiles and guidance from SO/AC chairs, ICANN organization has identified Phil Khoury, Cameron. Ralph. Khoury Consulting Services<http://crkhoury.com.au/>, to assist the review team in relaunching its activities. Phil Khoury's 15 years of experience facilitating discussions, his solid understanding of the ICANN multistakeholder model, and consensus building expertise, distinguished him as an appropriate resource to address the scope and focus areas you have identified. Based on your 13 March note<https://www.icann.org/en/system/files/correspondence/soac-to-koubaa-13mar18…>, we understand that you would like to share the results of the survey you conducted after ICANN60 with the facilitator, to inform preparatory work leading up to the facilitated face-to-face meeting. Phil Khoury will reach out to you to receive the relevant material. He will also contact each of the SSR2 members to get their input in preparation for the next steps and proposed Review team's upcoming face-to-face meeting. We are planning the meeting at ICANN's office in Belgium or another identified location, in coordination with the review team, aiming for a time that can accommodate the majority of review team members. Second Security, Stability, and Resiliency (SSR2) Review -- Next Steps

Dear members of the second Security, Stability, and Resiliency (SSR2) Review Team (RT), Thank you for taking the time to fill out the doodle poll we sent you last week to let us know your availability. At the close of the doodle poll, 6 of the 16 members were unable to attend either of the timeframes offered for the F2F facilitated session of the RT in Brussels. We want to ensure that you, all, have an opportunity to participate in this important meeting and as such, will be looking into other possible dates for this F2F session in the months of August and September. Soon, we will be sending you another doodle poll with a number of dates/timeframes that are chosen such that they avoid all major holidays and other meetings (e.g. IETF, DNS Symposium, etc.). In the meantime, if you have any restrictions, in terms of timing, etc., please let us know as that will help us avoid timeframes that you will not be able to attend the meeting in person (you may contact us via ssr2-staff(a)icann.org) Additionally, if you have any suggestions on how better we may be able to select dates that suits everyone’s schedules, we would appreciate hearing from you. We are mindful of everyone’s busy schedules and fully appreciate how difficult it is to find a common timeframe that fits everyone’s availability. Our hope is that, the new dates that will be offered, would allow the majority, if not all, of you to participate in the F2F facilitated session.
