Dear All, Following the new gTLD Auction Proceeds meeting that took place on Wednesday 26 June, please find attached for your review the latest version of the draft Final Report. Also attached you will find the questions for CCWG input which have been updated to reflect the items that were discussed and/or resolved during Wednesday’s meeting. As a reminder, you are expected to review the draft Final Report as well as the questions for input by Friday, 19 July at the latest. By that date, you are expected to: * Have identified any issues that require further CCWG consideration or discussion that were not already been flagged in the questions document; * Have reviewed the issues and questions identified in the questions document that were not considered during Wednesday’s meeting and flag which ones of these do need further consideration and/or provide responses to these questions that the CCWG should consider further; * Have provided any edits to the draft Final Report (minor edits like grammar corrections can be sent directly to staff, any substantive edits should be shared with the list). As a reminder, the next new gTLD Auction Proceeds CCWG meeting will be scheduled for 31 July at 14.00 UTC. Dear all, The one-stop wiki page for all your Remote Participation queries is now available. This wiki page covers remote participation details for all GNSO open and public meetings. Every session on the schedule can be selected and added to your individual schedule by clicking the Add box to the bottom right of each meeting, this adds it to your individual schedule which you can then email to yourself or add to your calendar. See next step. Step 2 - There are two ways to import your schedule into Outlook: once you’ve added all your chosen meetings to “My Schedule” go to Export. · Importing creates a one-time snapshot of your schedule and copies it into Outlook. If you subsequently make changes to your Pathable calendar, they will not be reflected in Outlook. · Subscribing creates a live feed of your schedule in Outlook. Leaving the group

Hello all Just a message to let you all know that I'm officially leaving the group. I left W3C at the end of last year and I tracked a bit the group work since, but it's clear now that I won't have any cycle available for real participation, so it's better that I just stop. It was a pleasure to work with you all, on an important topic for the future of Internet and Web open standards (my personal motto), and also a nice experience from a procedural point of view (ICANN compared to W3C group process). I hope the final report will get finalized for good soon ;) Take care.

I know we asked for that but don't have any details of when, to confirm to the advisors from the CSG constituencies that support my engagement on their behalf. Some of us will have other obligations to our communities, so need to know as soon as possible. Also, can we focus perhaps on only a 3 hour working session. My experience is that people begin to "wilt" after 3 hours. 🙂 We are doing quite well on progressing our work. And thanks go to the co chairs, and the ICANN staff who are directly supporting us, as well as Sam and Xavier as our special ICANN Org supporting team, and to the Board liaisons and to those who are attending actively and engaging. This face to face is important, but I can not convince others who are participants to attend a very long session, so also the topics /agenda will be very important for early publication. Yet, our face to face is a critical working session for us, so I am hoping we are doing well on finalizing a possible time slot so we can all outreach to our communities and try to ensure that we have participants, as well as the designated reps in attendance.
