Those who volunteered for the task of initially researching the recommendations are asked to draft this text for the team’s review. i'm especially interested in who would like to donate an hour to discuss ideas to replace recommendation 23 with something that reflects all the comments i put in the doc, which will require you read them first. if you read them and want to join a call this month, please let me know by wed 19 dec. tnx -k. RECOMMENDATION 23: ICANN must provide appropriate resources for SSR-related Working Groups and Advisory Committees, consistent with the demands placed upon them. ICANN also must ensure decisions reached by Working Groups and Advisory Committees are reached in an objective manner that is free from external or internal pressure. RECOMMENDATION 24: ICANN must clearly define the charter, roles and responsibilities of the Chief Security Office Team.

For team review: Proposed updates to work plan

Dear SSR2 Review Team, Some proposed updates have been made to the review team’s work plan based on a discussion between staff and leadership. This discussion will happen regularly and the review team will post an updated work plan to the wiki once a month, as discussed on the 6 December plenary meeting. Please review the attached updated work plan and raise any concerns on-list ahead of the call on Thursday 20 December. There are 20 proposed updates, highlighted in yellow with accompanying comments to indicate the change that has been made. In all cases, either the end date or completion percentage has been adjusted. The work plan will be an agenda item on the 20 December plenary call, to ask for the team’s agreement to post the updated version to the wiki here: https://community.icann.org/x/O7jRAw Please let me know if you have any questions.
