Chers tous, Comme indiqué dans le Processus dElection du Conseil dAdministration, 2009 < https://st.icann.org/alac-docs/index.cgi?board_liaison_process_2009 > (EN uniquement), une téléconférence à des fins spéciales doit être prévu au plus tôt le vendredi 18 septembre et au plus tard le dimanche, 20 septembre au cours de laquelle les candidats pour le poste de Liaison au Conseil dAdministration (Board Liaisons), tels que transmises par les RALO à l'ALAC, auront l' opportunité de parler de leur candidature, ceci durant un temps egal de parole. Le président ALAC déterminera la durée du temps de parole de chaque candidat avant le début de l'appel. Cette étape sera suivie par une période de questions et réponses au cours de laquelle les membres des communautés pourront poser des questions aux candidats. La conférence comportera également une explication du processus d'élection pour le poste de liaison ainsi que les implications de cette position après la décision du Conseil en date du 27 août 2009 pour ajouter un administrateur de vote de la communauté At-Large au Conseil dAdministration. Afin que cet appel soit a une heure convenable pour la plupart des régions, lappel se tiendra dimanche 20 septembre a 1800 UTC (11:00 PDT/14:00 EDT/15:00 Buenos Aires/19:00 CEST/04:00 Sydney le Lundi, 21 Septembre). Cette téléconférence aura lieu en Anglais, Français et Espagnol avec un service d' interprétation et sera également enregistré et transcrit. Les details de comment participer a cette teleconference seront envoyes sous peu. Nous sommes conscients du fait que cet horaire ne soit pas convenable pour tout le monde dans toutes les régions, en particulier pour lhemisphere Est. Queridos todos, Según lo establecido en el 2009 la Junta de Elecciones del Proceso <https://st.icann.org/alac-docs/index.cgi?board_liaison_process_2009> (sólo en EN), en una teleconferencia para fines especiales estarán dispuestos no antes del Viernes, 18 de septiembre y la a más tardar el Domingo, 20 de septiembre en la que los candidatos a la Junta de Enlace tal como se transmitió desde la RALO a la ALAC se proporcionará un período igual de tiempo para hablar de su candidatura. El Presidente del ALAC determinará la duración del tiempo de cada candidato a hablar antes del inicio de la llamada. Esto será seguido por un período de preguntas y respuestas durante la cual los miembros de la comunidad pueden hacer preguntas a los candidatos. Public Consultation on ACSO Summary Document

Dear All, The joint session of the Advisory Committees and Supporting Organizations in Sydney was summarized in a one-page <http://syd.icann.org/acso> document that included six issues of most concern to the community as well as seven possible solutions. The ACSO comment <http://www.icann.org/en/public-comment/#asco> period, which closes 25 September 2009, is an opportunity for the community to discuss that summary in the expectation that pragmatic solutions can be found. This comment period is also notable in that it is being used to experiment with new online collaborative software that is being trialed by ICANN staff in an effort to see if the organization can improve its public comment process. As such, you can email in comments as normal but you will have a far greater opportunity to interact and discuss the summaries as well as propose solution by logging onto the comment period's discussion space. Se solicita a la comunidad At-Large examinar la versión preliminar de la Reseña del Plan de Implementación de la Revisión a At-Large. Los comentarios serán recibidos hasta el día 30 de septiembre de 2009 en https://st.icann.org/alac-docs/index.cgi?at_large_review_implementation_out…. En la reunión pública de la junta directiva del 26 de junio de 2009 (véase http://www.icann.org/minutes/resolutions-26jun09.htm ―sólo en inglés―), la Junta Directiva de la Corporación para la Asignación de Números y Nombres en Internet (ICANN) aprobó todas (menos una) las recomendaciones establecidas por el Grupo de Trabajo para la Revisión de At-Large en su Informe Final de fecha 6 de junio de 2009 (véase http://www.icann.org/es/reviews/alac/final-report-alac-review-09jun09-es.pdf) El Comité Asesor At-Large (ALAC) solicitó que el Personal generara un borrador de la Reseña del Plan de Implementación de la Revisión a At-Large, que contenga todas las recomendaciones y sub recomendaciones establecidas en el Informe Final para la comunidad At-Large en su totalidad, para ser examinado y comentado. El borrador que ahora se publica para la recepción de comentarios públicos es ese documento.
